This paper proposes a novel mechanism of implementing an UHF RFID interrogator. The hardware structure of RFID interrogator and ISO/1EC 18000-6 Type B protocol standard are then discussed. Finally, this paper highlights the software design flow of the RFID interrogator and the realization of the anti-collision algorithm.
