Millimeter-wave (mm-wave) phased-arrays have received much attention for richer spectrum resources and for enabling higher data rates. Phased-array systems of large antenna arrays are developed to provide high spatial multiplexing gain to overcome the higher propagation path loss caused by the higher carrier frequency.
